   How you can help us:  In the interest of keeping costs down we are encouraging the following:
  For those of you that have free mobile-to-mobile on the Verizon network contact us at 260-433-3144.  We have also added another phone line that has free incoming calls, so if you do not mind dialing long distance, call 260-715-0288.  Of course the 800 number is still active if it is not feasible for you to use the other numbers.  By helping us out in this way, we are able to keep our costs down and our services affordable for you.

   Charging for Overages:  Up to this point we have not routinely been charging for overages on the dialup plans.  However in lieu of an across the board price increase, we have decided to start billing out the overages.  At the beginning of each month, any account that has gone over the plan-included time will be billed for the overage.  You will always have the option of upgrading your account to the appropriate higher rate plan instead of paying the overage. 
   Most of you will not be affected by this, and if you do not receive a notice you can assume that you are within your rate plan limits.  If you would like to check on your usage from your end, click on the Options button on your connection screen, then click the Call Log button.  While this will differ some from time records kept on our server, it will give you a good idea of what you are using.

   Websites:  Did you know that Agape can host and design a website for you?  Cost for registering a new domain is $25.99.  Hosting a website costs $8.15 / month including domain maintenance.  We think that for businesses, getting your own website is one of the best things you can do in today's world of marketing.

   IMAP Protocol:  The IMAP protocol is a different way to access your email account.  The IMAP protocol can be thought of as a remote link to your email account.  Instead of downloading all messages (like POP3) you can simply view what is in your online account.  Messages can be deleted without being downloaded and also sorted into different folders and subfolders that you can create. 
  Another great advantage is if you access the same account from several computers you can see the same thing from all locations.  You can think of your IMAP email account as your file cabinet that you can locate from anywhere!
  Who can use IMAP? Glad you asked!  All Agape email accounts are IMAP capable; it is just a matter of configuring your computer.  Here is a document explaining the setup process: click here.
