   Dialer Updates:  We will be releasing a dialer update Monday 4/01.  For those who are new, you will get a prompt screen saying there is an update available.  This usually takes 5-10 minutes to download and will update your dialer with the latest connection numbers.
  These updates have become more critical of late as there are some connection numbers that do not work well with our email only system.  In some cases end-users may find they have full access to the internet because of this failure.  If you observe any dialup numbers that are allowing internet access please report them to us so we can mark them for removal during the next update.  Thanks for your help!

   Price Change for Domain Registrations: The Custom Domain option has been very popular especially for business owners.  We have acquired a reseller account from Enom.com to be able to provide our customers with the very best and latest domain hosting services.   
   The price for domain registration will be $25.99 starting 4/15/07.  If you have been thinking of getting your own domain contact us now and still get the old rate!

   Billing Procedures: To expedite and hopefully simplify our billing process, we are making a couple changes. 
  Starting in April you will receive a monthly copy of your account statement in your inbox; this will make it easier to track the status of your account.
  If your account at anytime is overdue, you will be snail-mailed a hardcopy of your statement.  There will be a $3.00 fee added to your account to cover the mailing expense. 
  We hope that these changes will make things smoother for our customers and our staff.  We invite feedback if you have a comment.   

   Agape SafeGuard Filter: The filtered internet service is finally becoming a reality.  We are in the final stages of installing a policy server, and hope to be able to setup initial accounts yet this month.  We will be making it available to our customers and then the public sometime in April or May.  Here are some details that those who are interested will find informative:

• Works with any service (Dialup, DSL, Cable, etc.)

• Can be restricted to a Pure Whitelist

• Can have multiple Profiles on Each Account

• Can be administrated locally or by remote

• Can be administered by Agape for a totally hands-off solution.

• Available worldwide anywhere there is internet access.

• Reporting allows accountability of internet usage.
