What does 'GZ' stand for? - GZ stands for Ground Zero.  No matter what problem may arise at your end, no matter what is working or not working, the GZ drive will be the place to come if you need help.

What is the GZ Drive?- The GZ Drive is a portable flash drive loaded with our specially designed software.  It will do many things, but to put it very simply it will help us be able to help you efficiently.  If you depend on us here at Agape when you have a service related issue with your computer this will make your life much easier.

The GZ Complete Kit adds another component -  A spare modem is a very handy thing to have on hand for several reasons.  If your current modem fails, if you get a new computer and there is no dialup modem onboard, or if your normal connection (broadband, wireless, etc) fails or is unavailable.

Bottom line is that when you call with a problem we want to help, these tools will help us to do that more effectively.  Here are some common scenarios that will help you understand the usefulness:

Scenario #1
: - Customer calls and says there dial-up email is not working.  Since Customer does not have the GZ kit, we try to guide the customer through checking modem connectivity, dial-up connection settings, locating and opening the email program, email account settings, and common procedures of sending and receiving mail.  Depending on computer proficiency this scenario could take an hour and in some cases still ends in failure, leaving us to direct the customer to find a local technician to diagnose their problem.

Scenario #2 - Customer's brings home shiny new computer only to discover that it does not have a dial-up modem. With the GZ Complete kit they will have everything they need to get up and running, likely without even calling for support.

Scenario #3 - Customer is having trouble and cannot send an important message.  Customer inserts their GZ drive and with a couple clicks has a dial-up connection established.  They then use the Simple Webmail option and in a short time have successfully sent the important message.  Then they click on the Remote Support Connection and in about 10 minutes time have a Remote Support connection established with Agape.  Through that connection we can diagnose and hopefully resolve the problem for them as they watch.

Scenario #4 - Customer has broadband internet connection through their phone company but something is wrong and the phone company is not reachable on weekends for customer service.  Customer calls Agape and we direct them to use the GZ kit and a temporary dialup account from us to be able to complete critical online tasks until their Broadband service is restored.

Scenario #5 - Customer lives in a very remote location that does not even have reliable dialup service.  With the GZ Drive customer can download all emails from an Internet location in town.  Then at their leisure they can read and compose their replies to be sent the next time they have Internet access.  All this without lugging a laptop and keeping it safe in adverse conditions.
